Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with us. If our services aren't the right fit, here's how cancellations work:

Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice within 30 days of the student's first scheduled coaching session. Cancellations within this window are eligible for a prorated refund, less any hours already spent on meetings, calls, emails, research, and administrative work at a rate of $150/hour. An itemized summary of hours will be provided with any adjusted refund. Hourly deductions will not exceed 15% of the total package price.
